30-Day Return/Exchange Policy 

Scarf and Tail is committed to ensuring outstanding quality for every transaction between us and our beloved customers.

The following reasons are covered by FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy:

    • If bandana is frayed, ripped, etc, please notify us immediately via e-mail and you will either receive a refund of your purchase or an exchange for item(s) of equal or lesser value within 30 days.

  • If you received the wrong order or item(s), any damaged items, please notify us immediately via e-mail and you will either receive a refund of your purchase or an exchange for item(s) of equal or lesser value within 15 days.

 

The following reasons are covered by 15 days LIMITED COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy, customer is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement postage fees:

  • If you chose the wrong design for your pet.
  • If you chose the wrong sized item for your pet.

Cancellation policy:

  • Once your order has been submitted, we will immediately begin processing your order. Please note that all canceled or changed orders (after 24 hours) will incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • Please note that you may not cancel or change your purchase once we have already shipped your order.

 

The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30-day return policy, and we are not liable for these issues: 

  • Products are exposed to adhesives, corrosive substances, or cleansing chemicals. Exposure to such substances can alter the appearance of your Scarf + Tail product.
  • Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
  • Any orders received after 30 days from the date of delivered
  • Items which have been used and damaged within 30 days from delivered date 

 

Return Service Procedure:

  • To request a return, please contact one of our customer service representatives. One of our representatives will follow up with you via email with instructions to process your return. If you require further assistance, please reach out once more. If yours is a quality issue, please provide your order confirmation number and attach clear photos of the items that clearly display the issues.
  • Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
  • The returned item(s) must be kept in its original condition in which you received them in.
  • Please contact customer service for the return address.
  • Please make sure you provide us the tracking # and receipt after your return.
