Instagram Bandana Giveaway: Terms and Conditions
Organizer: This giveaway is organized by Scarf and Tail, LLC.
Eligibility: Open to residents of the USA who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Scarf and Tail, LLC, their immediate family members, and anyone directly connected with the organization of the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on February 7, 2024, at 00:01 AM MST and ends on February 29, 2024, at midnight MST.
How to Enter: No purchase necessary to enter or win. To enter, participants must:
- Follow @scarfandtail on Instagram.
- Tag 3 friend and include the keyword "BUNDLE" in the comments of the giveaway post.
- Fill out the entry form located on our website
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a total of 12 bandanas, distributed in one shipment in March 2024. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and will be notified via Instagram direct message and email within 30 days of the giveaway end date. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Rights Granted by Entrants: By entering this contest, each entrant agrees to a complete release of Instagram and acknowledges that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants also grant Scarf and Tail, LLC the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for future advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited).
General Conditions: Scarf and Tail, LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any problem prevents the contest from being conducted as planned.
Privacy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on www.scarfandtail.com.
Disputes: This giveaway is governed by the laws of Arizona, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
Limitation of Liability: Scarf and Tail, LLC is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Instagram users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway.
